Preparation for tarts:
Fill tart shells half full with filling, place in preheated oven at 220C (425F) and bake for approximately 15 minutes until edges of tart shells are lightly browned.

The black current tart filling is absolutely delicious! Also makes a great topping for pancakes or waffles or a sweet side on a charcuterie board!
